She gives some insight into the difficulty, but also necessity of having to redefine yourself. New York PeaceMover, Greg Huebner, also talks about how his students redefine themselves and their interactions with each other in today's Mover Monday. Here is Greg's answer to "Why do you Move This World?":
I enjoy moving this world for the smiles and connections I create with my students. I like taking a group of kids who are self-conscious about dancing and being together, and turning them into a creative, cohesive group of students who are willing to try moving in new ways together, and developing an awareness of themselves as individuals in this world.
